2. Scope of services
LLMS.TXT Directory provides a digital directory for AI agents and developers. We offer free and paid directory listing options (including "Fast Track"), as well as B2B advertising services in the form of "Featured placement" (highlighted cards positioned at the top of the homepage) and "Sponsorship" (highlighted cards positioned on the homepage).
3. Directory listings and availability
Inclusion in the directory requires that your website maintains a publicly accessible llms.txt file that complies with the llms.txt specification. We periodically refresh and re-check listed websites. If your llms.txt file becomes unavailable, unreachable, invalid, or otherwise fails our checks, your website may be temporarily or permanently hidden or removed from the directory without prior notice.
Fast Track and other paid listing options accelerate our review and initial publication process only. They do not guarantee continuous visibility, ranking, or uninterrupted presence in the directory. Ongoing visibility remains conditional on your llms.txt file remaining accessible and valid. No refund is due solely because a listing is hidden or removed due to an inaccessible or non-compliant llms.txt file.
4. Moderation and right of refusal
We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any submission or request for a Featured listing or Sponsorship at our sole discretion. We do not accept websites featuring illegal content, spam, pornography, or content irrelevant to our audience. If your application for a Featured listing or Sponsorship is rejected prior to publication, any authorized payment will be fully canceled or refunded.
Approval and publication do not create a vested right to remain listed for the full purchased period. Featured placement, Sponsorship, and other directory listings remain subject to our ongoing moderation. If, after approval or publication, the destination website (including any URL, landing page, or related content you provided) is modified, replaced, or otherwise presents content that is illegal, spam, pornographic, harmful, misleading, or otherwise not aligned with our standards or audience, we reserve the right to suspend, hide, or permanently remove the listing or placement immediately and without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the website and content associated with your listing remain compliant for the entire duration of the placement. Removal or suspension under this section does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or extension, except where we choose to offer one at our sole discretion.
5. Pricing and payment terms
Prices for Featured listings and Sponsorship are clearly stated on our website and are billed in US Dollars (USD) excluding taxes. Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and added at checkout depending on the buyer's location and business status, in compliance with European tax laws.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the selected duration (e.g., 1 week or 1 month).
6. Refund policy
Our advertising services are exclusively targeted at professionals and businesses (B2B). As such, the standard consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Once a Featured listing has been approved and published on the website, the service is considered fully executed, and all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of the traffic or clicks generated.
Without limiting the foregoing, no refund, credit, or pro-rata reimbursement is due if a Featured listing, Sponsorship, Fast Track listing, or other paid placement is suspended or removed because the associated website or content later becomes unavailable, non-compliant, illegal, or otherwise not aligned with our standards, as described in sections 3 and 4.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee any specific volume of traffic, clicks, or business outcomes resulting from Featured placement, Sponsorship, or directory listings. LLMS.TXT Directory acts strictly as a hosting platform for these links and is not responsible for the content, security, or availability of the websites linked from our directory.
Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable if a website is not visible in the directory—or if a Featured listing or Sponsorship is suspended or removed—because its llms.txt file is down, unreachable, or fails our periodic refresh checks, or because its content no longer complies with our standards, including where the submitter purchased Fast Track or another paid listing or advertising option.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court (Tribunal de Commerce) of Bordeaux, France.
