  • Payment information: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment data they collect.

  • To review and moderate your submission to the directory.
  • To communicate with you regarding the status of your submission (approval, rejection, or required changes).
  • To issue invoices and process billing for paid advertising services (Featured listings or Sponsorship).
  • To maintain and improve the quality of our directory.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties. We only share your data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business:

  • Stripe: For payment processing, invoicing, and automated tax collection.
  • Hosting & Database Providers: Hetzner Online GmbH to securely host our website and store the directory data.

We retain your personal data only for as long as your listing remains active on our website, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. For paid services, we are required by French tax and accounting laws to retain billing information (invoices) for a period of 10 years.
